Hi, I am Sarah and I am a health and wellness coach and yoga teacher.


As a health and wellness coach, I help you to take charge of your own health, so that you can make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve your overall wellness.


As a yoga teacher, I help you connect back to your body. Helping to reduce feelings of anxiety or stress, increase flexibility and movement, improve your posture and balance. To calm the mind and nervous system through breath and movement.

Feeling stressed? Overwhelmed? You know you should spend more time on your health and well-being, but you don’t know where to start? Perhaps you have goals, but they seem unattainable or unrealistic? Then this could be the ideal motivation to begin your journey to a healthier and happier you.


We all have different challenges and goals, at different periods of our lives, from wanting to lose weight, handling stressful situations better, changing food habits, incorporating exercise into our daily lives, sorting out accumulated belongings, dealing with life changing events, changing jobs, dealing with the menopausal symptoms, the list is endless!


My job as a qualified health coach is to help you unblock the barriers that are preventing you from achieving your goals. Allowing you to come up with strategies that will help you overcome your challenges.
